Data and purposes

We use your name, contact details, stay dates, guest numbers and information you choose to share to reply, prepare quotes and handle enquiries. Necessary processing is based on precontractual steps requested by you; confirmed bookings also involve contractual and relevant legal obligations. Contacts are not used for promotions without an appropriate lawful basis.

Forms

The website prepares your message in your browser. Forms do not automatically send data to Jovo or store it on this website. You choose whether to open email or WhatsApp and send from your device. Required fields allow a complete enquiry; we cannot reply without contact details.

Retention

Emails and messages about enquiries that do not result in bookings are kept for a maximum of 3 months after the last contact and then deleted, unless specific legal obligations or disputes require retention. Booking documents, tax records and disputes require separate retention criteria based on the actual processing.

Providers and external services

Hosting is provided by Netlify, Inc., which processes technical connection data, including IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and secure the website. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website. Netlify’s Data Processing Agreement governs its processing and international-transfer safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and standard contractual clauses. Technical data retention follows the provider’s service and security requirements; the 3-month enquiry limit does not apply to hosting logs. Email uses Microsoft Outlook and messages use WhatsApp. External links to Google Maps, Airbnb and Booking open services with their own privacy notices. No embedded Google map, advertising or analytics scripts are installed. Data may be accessed by authorised providers and authorities where required by law. No automated decisions or profiling are performed.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability and objection by contacting the controller. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
